Welcome to GemsOfCeylon we can supply you with a wide rang of gemstones from around the world. I have been in the wholesale gemstone trade for many years. I have a degree in gemology and have many years of buying high value gemstones. If you do not find what your looking for please contact me by convo.

Payment

I accept PayPal payments, including all major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of order. I will not send a purchase until I have received the payment and it has cleared.

If you pay with PayPal, please make sure your Ceylon Gems address matches your Paypal shipping address.

Shipping

My items in my shop are ready to ship. It will be shipped the same day at the exception orders placed on Sunday, will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will be shipped on the next business day following the holiday.

Usually I use Canada Post for all my domestic and international shipments. All my packages are insured unless otherwise noted. Since January 13 2013, Canada Post has modify its politics. For the countries at the exception Canada and U.S.A, the shipping price are become very expensive. Now for these countries, I take economic mail. Despite this, all my packages are insured.

Your items are mailed in a sturdy bubble wrap. I package each item carefully to ensure it will arrive safely to its destination.

Please let me know if you need your order by a certain date by leaving your deadline date in the ‘message to seller’ on the invoice when you check-out, or contact me by email.

Please make sure your Ceylon Gems shipping address is correct. If this address does not match with the one on your PayPal receipt, I would appreciate you give me the reason.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds and Exchanges

I strive to provide you with what’s better and I wants you to be happy with your new purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase (item not as described), please let me know.

All items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. No damaged items will be accepted for returns.

If you must make a return, please CONTACT ME FIRST. I am always happy to help or answer any questions/concerns that you might have! Please do not send anything to me without getting in touch prior. Returns will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

If there is a refund, the refunded amount will be the price of the purchase minus the cost of shipping, insurance, fees of 4.0% for PayPal and fees of 4% for Ceylon Gems and $10.00 of handling and administration. Any return shipping fees are up to the buyer to pay. This is to cover seller’s fees that I pay. When I receive the item I will issue a refund to your PayPal account or credit card.

I make effort to show true colors, but due to the monitor differences, the product image may show slight differences. The more important it is the gemstones and diamonds reflect 100 percent of the light falling on it back to the eye. So because of the camera, it give a harsh black reflections that we see on the photos. I try to take photos that show the true color and structure (shape and imperfections) of my stones. In several case, it is not easy. Please be aware of this before purchase. If you not sure, feel free to convo me if you have questions.

If you can not find the gemstone you want in my shop, contact me with your specifications. I could do some research for you.
